Thank you so much. I told my husband writing, editing, formatting, and designing my.own writing without an editor makes me so grateful for the editors I've had in the.past and the.ones I will have in the future.
I.love.your Substack and Notes. Such a great voice and sense of humor. Your writing itself is beautiful.
I had not forgotten, Mary. it was very kind of you, I appreciate it. This has all the makings of a great publication given the calibre of the writers involved, ie you, Joshua and Sam. I know the article says that y'all be taking a very hands-off approach to what people choose to post, so perhaps I could choose a topic I'm passionate/opinionated about? I can do that via email. Would that work for you? Thanks again.
I was teasing you all, but I'd be more than willing to contribute at times.
Some of the implicit teasing is that despite also being an academic, I don't adopt the very literary style that two of you have. I'm much more of a JL Austen / Jayson Blair style writer, e.g., low level of literary allusion; I communicate very differently.
I don't know how to email you, and I'm trying not to post my email here outright were it can be scraped.
I'm not without my artisanal bent in gardening, landscaping, and artisanal furniture making!
love this concept -- since the pandemic and post-pandemic, my introverted tendency has blossomed into some enormously strange flower!
Lovely and thank you. ~ Mary
What a great project! Writing is so solitary. I love the community being created here.
Thank you. And I love what you're doing on your Substack.

Love this Mary! So excited to see what happens here and learn from this endeavour!
I also want to share my personal email: <mltabor@me.com> Please feel free to write me directly if you'd like to join us under your own byline. ~ Mary
This is exciting!
Beautiful! Excited to see where this goes
Glad you're now on our schedule! Hoorah! xo ~ Mary
Glad to be here.
This group really needs a philosopher .... ;)
Jason, we'd love to include you as a contributor. If you'd like to email me separately, let's talk about when to schedule you for a guest post?
Joshua, the group also needs an inveterate cynic, in the Ambrose Bierce sense: a blackguard who sees things as they are, not as they ought to be!
Terry, I've already invited you. Let's get you scheduled on one of my weeks. --Mary

Absolutely! Terry, once we schedule you, you'll write under your own byline. Let me know via email and I'll get you scheduled. --Mary
